1. General Provisions
This Policy governs the refund procedure for in-person eyelash extension courses conducted by
Lovely Academy OÜ (
registry code 14354368) via the website
lovelyacademy.ee.
- Courses take place exclusively in-person at our training facility in Tallinn.
- Registration on the website constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Policy.
2. Payment for Courses
- Payment is made in cash on the first day of training or via bank transfer to the company’s account (details are provided after registration).
- Online card payment via the website is unavailable.
3. Refunds
- Course Cancellation by the Academy: If a course is cancelled at the initiative of Lovely Academy OÜ, the paid amount is refunded in full.
- Date Change: In the event of a course date change at the initiative of the Academy, the participant may either agree to the new dates or request a refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (war, natural disasters, pandemic, government prohibitions) making it impossible to conduct the course, the Academy will offer to complete the training at another time or refund payment for the unheld days of the course.
- Instructor Illness: In the event of instructor illness, the Academy undertakes to offer an alternative date for the course or a substitute instructor. If this is not possible, a full refund is issued.
4. Refund at the Participant’s Initiative
- If a participant withdraws from participation voluntarily, no refund is issued (refunds are possible only in cases specified in Section 3).
- If a participant has paid for the course and started training but has not completed it (did not attend subsequent days), no refund is issued.
- The course is paid in full on the first day of training regardless of whether the participant attends all days of the course.
- By agreement, in cases specified in Section 7 «Valid Reasons», the Academy may provide a one-time opportunity to complete the training with another group.
- Repeated rescheduling is not permitted.
5. Notification Deadlines
If a participant cannot attend the course after registration, they must notify the Academy at least 7 calendar days before the start of the course. This allows the spot to be offered to another applicant. In case of untimely notification or failure to appear without warning, the Academy reserves the right to refuse registration for future courses.
6. Rescheduling Participation
A participant may be transferred to another intake or the nearest course date
one time by agreement with the Academy.
7. Valid Reasons
- If a participant cannot complete a started course due to a valid reason (illness, emergency circumstances), upon the Academy’s decision and provision of supporting documents, they may be granted the opportunity to complete the training with another group.
- Decisions are made by the Academy on an individual basis.
8. Refund Procedure
To process a refund, the participant must send a written request to the email
contact@lovelyacademy.ee. The refund is made using the same method by which the payment was made (cash or bank transfer) within 14 calendar days.
9. Bank Fees
Refunds are processed excluding possible bank or payment system fees.
The participant bears responsibility for costs associated with transfers.
10. Incidental Expenses
The Academy is not liable for expenses related to travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the participant,
except for the actually paid cost of the course.
11. Applicable Law
This Refund Policy is drafted in English and is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
All disputes are reviewed in the competent courts of Estonia.
