Who is this course for?
This course is your confident starting point in the lash industry. Classic Eyelash Extensionsare the foundation without which further progress is impossible, and here you will receive everything necessary for a competent start.
You will master the fundamental principles and safe working techniques, learning correct eyelash extension placement and lash styling effects. Under the guidance of the trainer, you will perform your first full set of Classic Eyelash Extensions on a model, learn to avoid common mistakes, and lay the groundwork for future professional growth.
Special attention is given to disinfection and sterilisation of tools, hygiene standards, and safety procedures for setting up your workspace and working with clients.
The course concludes with an exam, after which you will receive a certificate confirming your new skills.

Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the graduate will be able to:
- Strictly adhere to hygiene, asepsis, and antisepsis protocols; correctly decontaminate and sterilize tools before and after the procedure.
- Select and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for the service risk level (gloves, masks) and follow proper disposal regulations.
- Understand the properties of cyanoacrylate adhesives and work safely: select the correct adhesive for environmental conditions, control temperature and humidity, properly maintain and refresh the adhesive "drop," and store materials according to SDS/CLP regulations. Differentiate between sensitivity and allergic reactions and know the response algorithm.
- Identify indications and contraindications; conduct a preliminary risk assessment to determine whether to proceed with or reschedule the service.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of eye and eyelid anatomy and physiology essential for ensuring service safety and quality.
- Select extension parameters (curl, thickness, length, color) based on the client’s anatomical features: eye shape, axis alignment, set depth and width, and the condition of natural lashes.
- Create five core styling effects (natural, fox, squirrel, oval, doll) and build a balanced lash map with symmetry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in classic extension techniques: remover application, lower lash isolation, chemical preparation (pre-treatment), creating a perfect attachment zone, maintaining correct direction and distance from the eyelid, ensuring even coverage, working with lash growth stages (anagen/catagen/telogen), and preventing stickies and lifting bases.
- Carry out a final quality check: symmetry of direction and coverage, safe attachment distance, absence of stickies and lifting.
- Organize the workstation and workflow in compliance with sanitary requirements and hygiene rules.
- Follow occupational health and safety rules and maintain personal well-being (ergonomic working posture, proper lighting, work-rest balance, and prevention of occupational disorders).
- Provide professional client service: establish rapport, identify client needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Manage the complete procedure workflow step-by-step, from the initial consultation and preparation to finalization
- Educate the client on proper lash aftercare routines and schedule future maintenance (infill) appointments.

Effective September 2025, Regulation No. 41 establishes strict competency standards for beauty service providers. To work legally, you must hold a valid training certificate, a Health Certificate (tervisetõend), and strictly adhere to hygiene protocols. While a formal state vocational qualification is not mandatory, professional training is required. Our courses are fully compliant with these new regulations, ensuring you are eligible to work legally in Estonia.
Yes. The LOVELY certificate is a recognized Continuing Education document. Our Academy is registered in EHIS (Estonian Education Information System), and our provider ID is printed on every certificate. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a certificate confirming your competence in hygiene, safety, and application techniques, as required by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
No, this is not a state vocational qualification (EstQF). It is a Continuing Education Certificate that validates your professional skills and knowledge in line with industry safety standards. Note: As of 2025, an EstQF vocational qualification is not required to operate in the Estonian beauty industry; however, documented professional training and compliance with sanitary norms are mandatory.
Yes. Upon completion, you are eligible to work in Estonia either as an employee in a salon or as a self-employed technician. To practice legally, you need your Training Certificate, a Health Certificate, and a workspace that meets hygiene standards. Yes, you are responsible for finding a model for the practical session. We recommend bringing a friend or relative. Working on someone you know significantly reduces anxiety during your first set, as they tend to be more patient and understanding. If you absolutely cannot find a model, we can suggest local social media groups where you can find one.
No. The Academy provides all professional supplies (lashes, lash adhesive, prep liquids, patches, etc.) for use during the course. You only need to bring two personal tweezers: one straight (for isolation) and one curved (for pickup/fans). You can bring your own or purchase professional tweezers at our studio. During the course, we will provide a detailed checklist of everything you need to buy to start working independently.
Please bring a notepad/pen and a pair of clean indoor shoes. As mentioned, you will need your working tweezers. It is often best to purchase them at the studio so we can help you choose the right weight and grip. If you bring your own, please ensure they are of high quality (or professional grade)—tools with poor precision can make the learning process significantly harder.
We accept bank transfers (an invoice is issued upon registration) or cash on the first day of training. Company invoices are available for business owners.
After successfully passing the practical exam, you will receive the LOVELY Certificate, which includes our EHIS registration number. This confirms the curriculum meets Estonian educational standards. If you do not pass the exam, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance (with the option to retake the exam later).
Yes. After two days you’ll know how to apply a clean, safe classic set. Start with practice models before raising your rates. Repetition builds confidence, accuracy, and pace. The course gives you the foundation; consistent practice turns it into professional results.
If your practical work does not meet the required assessment criteria, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance instead of the Certificate of Completion. You will have the opportunity to practice independently and schedule a re-examination at a later date.
